From the moment I made initial contact with Downtown Kia about a car, to going over to test drive it and going through with the purchase, it was such a pleasurable experience. I worked with Ryan Kim and I was very impressed with his honesty; very professional and easy-going. I dragged the deal over several days but there was absolutely no pressure or aggressive behavior at all. Great team! The best part is that Ryan stayed in touch with me even after going through with the purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend Downtown Kia Vancouver to anyone!
