Francis and the team at Downtown Kia was very helpful and professional. I traded in my old vehicle for the 2024 EV6 and Francis went above and beyond to address my needs and made the entire process went super smoothly. Francis even offered an extra set of rubber mats so that the interior of my new vehicle will remain clean and unscathed during the winter season where dirts could easily build up with the regular mats. 10/10 and would definitely come back for future service and purchases.
